RECOVERY.

SWIMMING.

Swimming is extremely demanding on the rotator cuff muscles of the shoulder due to repeated motion at high speeds that can lead to shoulder pain and incorrect technique. After long training hours swimmer’s shoulder muscles are fatigued which leads to poor posture. Our posture apparel will assist in pulling the shoulders back, allowing the muscles to relax while still keeping proper posture, leading to faster recovery time and less discomfort.


BASKETBALL.

Basketball players make numerous passes and shots during practices and games. Both these movements require the athlete to invert their shoulders, causing a lot of tension on the shoulder muscles, leading to soreness. Our posture apparel will assist with relieving any tension by pulling the shoulders back, improving posture and recovery time.
