Our Adjustable Kenisio-Bands™ allow for easy adjustment of each area to ensure that you can conveniently find the right fit.

  • Step 1.

    Pull either the right or left shoulder elastic band.

  • Step 2.

    Pull the same side reflex band from the rib cage region.

  • Step 3.

    Connect the straps. Repeat for other side.

  • Step 4.

    Adjust bands to your comfort and make sure both sides have the same tension.

The Adrenalease posture performance shirt is designed to stimulate muscle memory and improve postural awareness by maintaining improved alignment and balance.

How long should I wear the Adrenalease Posture Correction Shirt?

No more than 30 minutes in every 1-2 hours at 100% tension of the bands. However you can keep the straps one longer if the tension of the straps are at 20-40%. Since the straps are adjustable you can figure out what tension you are comfortable with and tighten it or loosen it as you please.

How do I wash the Posture Correction Shirt?

The Adrenalease Posture Correction Shirt is machine washable. Fasten the Velcro straps and wash like any other t-shirt. Air drying is advised to maintain its quality over time.

When will I see improvements in my posture?

From the first time you put on the Adrenalease posture performance shirt, you will notice an improvement in your posture and the shape of your body. However, you should be patient, as your body needs time to adapt and maintain improved posture.

What is the return policy?
